When Ciara is not helping customers, you can usually find her on the dance floor swinging to 1920’s Big Band music, cooking up delicious Cuban food for her two boys, or laughing with friends.  She may look like just a “little Senorita with a flower in her hair,” but she dares you to underestimate her.  This tough negotiator and go-getter has run a marathon,  explored 6 out of 7 continents, baked 4 foot cakes like those on the Food Channel, spoken in front of 100’s of people and even written a book on prayer and meditation.
