This month we will be having a presentation from the Community Weatherization Coalition in connection with ReBuilding Together on their Energy Efficiency program for landlords.  Did you know your landlord can apply to get assistance to help alleviate the financial burden of rental upgrades and ultimately helping the tenant's utility costs? Through the program, participants can request various home upgrades, such as better attic insulation, new air-conditioners, and energy-efficient appliances, with each rental unit eligible for up to $15,000 in improvements. There are some stipulations - but this is a great opportunity to learn all about it to inform your clients.
