Joann has spent her last 4 years matching buyers and sellers with their dream home and helping sellers get their homes sold for top dollars. Prior to this exiting career, she was a teacher for 20 years and gave her undivided attention to serving different communities in Florida and ensuring that her students and their families achieved their highest academic potential.

Joann began her Real Estate Career when she realized she had a deep passion to help families in making informed Real Estate decisions. The excellent track record she's had in teaching has helped her develop an unmatched customer service creating rapport with the families she has assisted since 2019.

Joann is a lifelong learner and enjoys learning more to help families make better Real Estate decisions.

Joann enjoys servicing first time home buyers, second home buyers, medical professionals, military homebuyers and out of town home buyers and her Real Estate experience and her bilingual skills allow her to help more families in Florida and the US.  She became a Real Estate broker and owns a small family business. Her mindset is to help even more families in the acquisition of their home.  She has made lots of connections that allow her to help many more families throughout the state.
