Neighborhood Housing and Development Corporation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to 'improve the quality of life and economic opportunities of low and moderate income persons residing within our service area by providing programs and services that will address identified community needs. NHDC is a full service homeownership center that provides housing counseling and education to perspective homeowners and also provides foreclosure intervention counseling for those struggling to make their mortgage payment. Additionally, NHDC builds and rehabiliates homes for sale in Alachua County.
