Intro to Self-Defense with Cary Gallop, Alachua County Sheriff’s Office — Gain essential skills and techniques to stay alert, confident, and prepared in any situation.

We’ll kick things off at 11:30 AM with a complimentary lunch and networking, then dive into training at noon.
 By the end of the day, you’ll walk away empowered, informed, and ready to guard your ground.
