While they may be free, registration is still required to ensure an accurate head count for food, seating, handouts, etc. All "walk-ins" (anyone not registered 48 hours in advance) will be charged a $25 registration fee at the door. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
