Randy is a real estate CONSULTANT, licensed attorney, certified NEGOTIATION EXPERT, certified MEDIATOR, published AUTHOR, real estate TRAINER & PRODUCTIVITY COACH, and an insurance specialist offering a unique set of skills.  With his combination of real estate expertise and law experience Randy’s clients trust that all matters in a real estate transaction are handled professionally. He is focused on delivering the most value for those that employ his services through dedication, hard work and skilled negotiation. He will bring calm and confidence to your buying or selling needs.

Randy is a 1987 graduate of the University of MIAMI Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree, CUM LAUDE.  For his undergraduate studies, Randy attended PENN STATE University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management, WITH DISTINCTION. 

In his free time, Randy really enjoys time with family, serving in his church, sports, good movies, exploring new adventures, horses, and serving the people of Gainesville.  Randy serves the Gainesville community as a board member of Superheroes For Hope.  Superheroes For Hope is a non-profit organization created to bring hope and an extraordinary SUPERHERO adventure for kids who are courageously facing the challenges associated with childhood diseases.  The organization allows families and friends of our little superheroes to escape from the normal, daily life.  Everyone can identify with their own delight for fictional superheroes so Superheroes For Hope, with the use of real superhero equipment, introduces kids to our real-life superheroes, our first responders. 

Randy has also served as a missionary and traveled to Haiti in August 2010 to assist building and repairing damaged property caused by the earthquake of January 2010.  Randy traveled to Guatemala in January 2012 to dig a well for clean drinking water for the entire village of 90 families.  As a result of his missionary work, Randy and five of his best friends (the missionary team) started Water Disciples, a non-profit organization that raises money for drilling water wells so it can bless communities around the world with clean drinking water where none exists.

 Little known fact about Randy – he has an identical twin, and he also has two older brothers who are also identical twins.

BUSINESS PARTNER - Randy is also a business partner for GACAR. Having worked as an insurance claims executive in the past, Randy has invaluable mediation experience, including more than 1,200 mediations for auto claims, homeowner’s claims, real estate matters, divorce matters, and general business disputes.

While working in his position as a neutral third party, Randy focuses his work on real estate contracts, escrow deposits, etc.; marital conflict – pre-divorce, and divorce avoidance, and general business disputes.

As a consultant, Randy focuses his work on SEMINAR presentations on dispute resolution for management, harassment training, compliance & litigation, and helps people with debt elimination strategies, best insurance coverage for auto and home, and business contracts and negotiations.
