Kristy owns Brightway Insurance, The Moffat Agency.  Located in the Haile Village Center, her office serves clients across Florida. She and her team specialize in homeowners insurance, representing over 40 different homeowners insurance companies. Known for her insurance knowledge and access to specialized policies, she works with many local realtors and mortgage professionals to make sure their clients obtain the best policy and pricing for their situation to ensure smooth closings.

Kristy is member and past Chair of the Gainesville Area Women's Network, member and Past President of the North Central Florida Chapter of the CPCU Society, business partner of the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR) and member of BNI Chapter 212.  She is also a graduate of Leadership Gainesville Class 44. She earned her BS and MEd from the University of Florida and has worked in the insurance industry for over 24 years. Wife to Iain and mother to Aedan, they enjoy traveling as a family as much as possible.
