NOTE: If you are a new AGENT/Sales Associate, this application will not be processed until you are showing as ACTIVE on DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulations): www.myfloridalicense.com. Please review your license status before completing this application.

Select your Realtor Membership Type (AGENT) AND your MLS Member Type (AGENT). Please review GACAR's Prorated Fees before completing/submitting the application.

**RPAC: This is a Voluntary $25 donation. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and will be used for political purposes. Contributions are not a condition of membership in the Association and a member may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Seventy percent of each contribution is provided to the Florida Realtors PAC in Florida to support state and local candidates and state and local issues. The balance is sent to the National Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee and will be charged against your contribution limits prescribed by 52 U.S.C 301106, except when donations are made from corporate funds or are designated cases in which case the balance is provided to the National Association of REALTORS® Political Advocacy Fund for use for federal political purpose If you opt not to donate to RPAC, Please UNCHECK the box beside the $25 at the bottom of your application.

Are you NEWLY LICENSED? Please select: "Primary REALTOR or Primary Designated Realtor (BROKER).
Do you pay state and national dues to another Board/Association? Please select: "Secondary REALTOR or Secondary Designated Realtor (BROKER). NOTE: Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Board is REQUIRED for this membership category.
Is your Primary Board OUT OF STATE? Please select: "Florida Secondary Realtor".

Please review GACAR's prorated fees BEFORE completing/submitting your application. The amounts indicated under your application of choice, for the "month of joining" will give your total due. Please add your Realtor dues with your Stellar MLS fees for an accurate total. All dues must be PAID IN FULL within 5-business days of your membership approval before you can be added as an active GACAR Member.
